Fitting a 9ft deflated RIB in the back of a Subaru station wagon?

I think the hard bottom hull will be about 6ft, so Im presuming the front might just stick on the front seat head rests?

The reason I ask is for security purposes and dont have a roof rack ;-p

Security? Do you mean safety? Could certainly be VERY dangerous in the event of an accident. Or do you mean security against theft?...

Generally a rib would be hauled on a trailer... Years ago I hauled a stand up jetski in an olds cutlass ciera wagon... My gut is that a rib that big ain't likely to work out... I doubt a roof rack would work either. I'd get a trailer.
