You won't be able to match the finish very easily, so most of the time if it's on the bottom, you can just patch it with gel coat or epoxy. Some gel coat repair kits come with pigment so you can a least make an attempt to match it, but it will not be metal flake or have clear coat on it, so just make it whatever color hides them the best. Either of these products can be found at hardware, marine, and automotive stores, with instructions.
