Flex/Ball Hone for 3 3/8" cylinder?

Does a 3 3/8" flex hone exist? If not, would 3 1/4 or 3 1/2 be better. Just looking to deglaze and possibly remove some transferred alluminimum on one cylinder.

Anyone know if Tidy Bowl or Muriatic Acid is safe to use on a 1991 75hp 3 cyl 2-stroke mercury?
