flo-torq II question

I need help on installing this kit. Specifically, I was replacing my prop with a quicksilver and got the Flo-torq II to match my engine and prop.
The installation notes do not show which direction to insert the delrin sleeve in the prop. I think I inserted it backwards. I have seen posts where someone was saying they inserted it backwards and had to force it back out. Well I don't have a press to do this....I might have to bring it to a shop. Before I do that I really want to know in which direction to insert that Delrin sleeve...Please help.

That's about the Best picture I can find of it,.........
As you can see,.... It's Tapered......
It goes with the Small end Into the prop,+ it fits the Large end to the Thrust Washer........

Bond-o has the perfect picture...the smallest diameter end of the delrin sleeve goes first into the end (front of the prop housing)) it shows in the pic.
