I have question regarding float adjustment of Carburetors to a Yamaha ETXJ 200 1986.
My carburetors is marked 6G603 S 621400- 041P 61011 and they are twin float carbs.

After overhauling the Carburetors are there any adjustments of the twin floats?
If yes, how to do it.

Needle valves any inputs?

Are there any other important things to do when you reassembly the carburetors?
Grateful for any advise.

if you keep the floats in their original positions you still have to check them but its rare to adjust them.
with the carb upside down install the bowl gasket and needle valve float assy. measure from the gasket to the top of the float, should be about .630. plus or minus about .020.
bend the float needle valve hanger arm as nessasary to obtain the correct height.
make sure the pilot fuel jet, main jet and bowls are clean. set idle mix screws to the correct setting, replace the fuel pumps and clean all fuel lines and its good to go.

Thank you very much. I can convert it to millimeters no problem.
