Anybody tell or show me where the float bowl vent is on a 1958 Sportwin 10?

I tried to cut and paste the carb pic from your 10 but it didn't work. It's there. Small machined hole near the top. If in doubt, just turn it over and put a bit of fuel in it and it'll leak out. I have the parts manual if you want to PM me your email address and request.

Its the same address you sent me the HD25 manual on. I have two motors in my collection so far.

I am trying too make sure its not clogged and causing some of my running problems. Is it the hole on the face of the carb at the top?

Hard to say without having the carb in front of me. On some, it is the hole indicated. On others, that hole is plugged with a lead shot and the vent goes through the drilling toward the front of the carburetor, where it exits. Either way, it should be pretty obvious.
