Float settings 70hp

I have a 83 70hp. evinrude just put carb kits w/ new floats. do all three floats set level with the casting? <br /> I appreciate your help.

Tig....turn the carb over with the float on top. Set the float level with the bowl gasket surface and make the float just a hair high in front. Should do the job.
