Floatation Foam for starcraft, How much?

I have a 22' starcraft Aluminum hull. The boat is a center console with a 150hp outboard.
I'm trying to figure out how much product I need to purchase to refoam the boat.
My buddy said I needed to calculate the weight of the boat, gear & motor then determine how much foam to install. I'm sure I can get the weight of the motor and figure 1000 lbs of people, 4 - 250 lb guys but I'm not sure how much this hull weighs.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ayuh,... Just pack in as much foamboard as you can fit under the deck,...
You're trying to keep it afloat at water level,...
Not totally float the load...
1 cubic foot floats 63lbs...
