Floor repair help

I have a 1966 fiberform 15' runabout with some floor issues. The fiberglass is cracked and small areas of around 6" are missing. I can find no soft spots or rotten wood where it is exposed and the rest of the floor seems to be well adhered to the wood subfloor. Can I fill the missing areas with a bondo type filler and then fiberglass with mesh over the entire floor? Thanks

I think most of the fiberglass repair pros on this forum will need to see some pictures. As they say, a picture can say a thousand words......

And bondo isnt a good choice in a marine environment
