Floor Replacement Help Needed!!!

i have a 20ft trophy in need of some serious floor help. the lower level floor has cracked at the seam and now the boat flexes when hitting waves which in turn has started to crack the upper level floor.

im new to boating so any advice and all advice would be welcome!

It sounds like all of the wooden components of your hull have rotted and failed. A lot of members here have undertaken similar projects. Pull up a seat and search deck and stringer replacement and start reading!
