HI I have a 14ft elgin runabouht.<br />and I discoverd the floor is rotted out 
<br />I don't know if it's all roted but the wood just fall apart in my hand and it is still wet.<br />any help would be great <br />I'm trying to decide is if I should fix it or just junk it.
