Flooring Material

What material would you use in a houseboat i want to remove the carpet. What would be a Good Choice for Flooring Material?
I like something that looks like wood.Thinking about flexitec vinyl are allure vinyl. Thanks

Wouldn`t vinyl be very slippery underfoot if it got wet such as when the kids come in from swimming and darting to the head or the galley for snacks?

There are a couple of fake teak products out there, but they ain't cheap! Got prices at the boat show - $50/SF installed.

Ayuh,... I'm planning on painting the inside deck of my houseboat with semi-smooth durabark,...
The outside decks will be textured durabark...

I did fine this add where they used Flexitec. 4.3L Fuel Injected V6 Merc, Marine Sony CD Player, 12V Aux Power Outlets, Porta Pottie, Waeco Fridge, Life Jackets, All Safety Equipment, Extra Rear Binni, Flexitech Flooring on Swim Board and Cabin Floor, Table converts to double bed, Self launching and retreiving pole, 220hrs on motor, Excellent condition, Standard OEM GPS/Fish Finder M97, Max Speed 44 knots, Lovely boat but upgading to larger vessel. Relocation arrangements negotiable

bond-o, how do you get the semi-smooth durabak... is it as simple as mixing the textured and smooth?

Inside ? as in covered ?

Why not just regular house flooring ?

Btw..Flexiteak gets hotter then Heck when exposed to sunlight.

Thanks everyone for your input. I going to use Artistek PVC flooring plank.
