Flotatation foam has reached 100% absorbancy

I was planing on fixing this old boat I've been using for fishing locally, has a few leaks and transom was weak but still was able to handle the 25 hp Evinrude that was on it. Turns out that instead of having stringers it is just filled with foam, only problem is that the foam is super saturated, and transom was rotted, looks like someone tried to fix it at one time but still let water in somewhere and rotted again. Now I'm debating on wether to fix it or just go buy me a 14' Jon boat for about $500.00. Heres a Link to some of the pictures I took this morning.

I think it would cost more than $500 in materials to fix it.

hard to tell the size from the pics but:<br /><br />foam= 60.00 for 8 cubic feet (roughly)<br />plywood= 50.00 a sheet (roughly)<br />resin= 20.00 per gallon (roughly) for polyester<br /> 60.00 per gallon (roughly) for epoxy<br /><br />fiberglass= to many variables to list<br /><br />so I think you would have right around 500.00 or a little more in materials. Thats a neet lookin old boat tho.

Pretty rough, being at the almost rebuilt point I can look back and see the hours of work I have in the boat. While its not too bad, we are running toward spring. I have been at it most of the winter. Trying to hit the medium of getting a lot done and becoming the man with out a family has slowed things down. If you have the time it might be fine, but it will cost ya about what you are gonna put into a J boat. hummm 6 in one and a half dozen in the other.

I went ahead and stripped the hull down and chisled out the old fiberglass and rotten floor wood. For some reason I'm intrigued by these sort of things, so I decided to work on the boat. I'm just trying to make it work for at least 4 more years than I can go boat shopping for somthing better. Now that I have removed the top of the hull it seems like it wants to twist. Is there a way to straighten the hull before I start the reglassing process? Heres a couple of pictures.<br />
