Flushing adapter?

Asking for a friend. Any place to get either the clap on style or the cap style flushing adapter for the old stringers? I thought that I had one.

For a stringer you dont have to use the or get the flushing kit that is made for the trunion caps , it certianly works .

As an alternative though you can just grab one of these at any parts store for 5 bucks , you install that "T" piece on the hose coming from the internediate to the Tstat housing , and youre done .

Marine salvage yard, donor boat or an eBay search for a pivot cap with the flushing kit. That's about the only ways you'll find 'em.
