Flushing an outboard with NO muffs and not starting it

Awhile back my friend said he saw a kit that could flush older outboards that had no flush fitting like the new ones have, and without starting the engine. Granted I like to flush my outboard while it running/warming up to get a GOOD clean but sometimes I can't start the motor up because some ramps I use don't have water and I can't start it due to waking people up back at my house. I need to atleast flush some salt/silt away so it's not sitting. Has anyone seen this kit?
