Couldn't find an answer to this specificly

I'm currently flushing.my.oil from milk if the oil is getting lighter in color went from tan to light cappuccino and is getting.lighter every time does this indicate the water is working itself out? Or is it getting worse/staying the same? There was about 5 gallons of milk to start and the motor was hydro locked.. pulled plugs blah blah cleaned it.up got.it.running

So good news bad news?

So you had a bunch of water in the motor - what was the cause of that and how did you fix it?

If I were doing it I would have pulled the motor, disassembled, flushed the block and then replaced all the crank bearings and cam bearings at a minimum.

Make sure you found the problem and fix it. I would at least pull the intake and heads off and do all the gaskets. Check heads for warping cracks.

Ayuh,.... I assume yer Runnin' it,..??

Then the real question should be,.... is the oil level Risin' as it runs,..??

If the level, Ain't risin',... take it out, 'n run it Hard to build heat, 'n boil off the rest of the water....

If the level still rises,... you've no doubt got a cracked block....

The cause is still unknown I'm thinking head gaskets pulled, exhaust Mani, valve covers, and gonna take off the manifold to get to the head gaskets to see if they are the problem as we speak and clean everything real good..it is taking in water somewhere and the local marina said with a hydro locked motor head gasket is best bet once I get to it I'll post an update to let everyone know where I'm at thx for the advice..

Got to the heads and there was a blown head gasket on the right side of the block where I seen water come from when plugs were pulled left side plugs were clean..getting all new gaskets for mani and exhaust Mani and previously got the head gaskets.. I'm hoping this is my problem...gonna clean everything really good and look for cracks so far everything.looks great except the blown head gasket between two cylinders right above a water housing(? If that's what its called)

Bondo I don't belive I was gaining water in the pain the level seemed to stay the same it was just enough to milk it up after running for 15 min on the hose and probably 20 min on the water

OK fellas main question local marine shop says a new bare cylinder head 364.65$ ..now does this mean I get the head and have to put all new seals seats and valves in or can I re-use mine from the cracked head or does a new bare block come with seals already seated? I deff can't press the seals in myself nor want to I live in Michigan between detroit and Lansing any other options for a cylinder head I'm not aware of? Or actually what are my.options can I get used heads from a 4.3 blazer? Most of the websites say the heads are obsolite
