Hey All-
My bleeder valve on my 1998 90 Yamaha 2 stroke tilt and trim unit is seized. The plug itself is aluminum as is the rest of the unit. I want to drill out the plug and then re-tap and install a new plug. I am concerned about the shavings falling down into the reservoir and contaminating the rest of the hydraulic system. Does anyone know of a way to flush out the system after I drill it out? Is there a better way to accomplish the installation of a new bleeder valve?
