Looking for a tubing cover to protect the plastic windows on a flybridge enclosure.

If you have central air conditioning at home, go outside to the compressor and look at the black foamy insulation they put over the copper tubing going from the compressor into the house.
You can buy that same stuff at Home Depot, Lowes or Menards. I believe it comes with a slit in it already so you just have feed it onto your tubing. Dirt cheap too.

Might be something you live with. If the windows rub the frame, any grit will mark the windows, Even softish stuff like pool noodles or pipe insulation isn't all that soft and may tend to hold grit.

What could help is some noodle or insulation spacers creating an air space so the rubbing is minimized.
