flywheel stuck

I've got a stuck wheel on a 1991/150hp force .need to get to stater but fly wheel stuck .all I have is ratchet should impack air be used or not

personally wpuld not suggest impact.best advice i can give you is soak it.wd-40. pb-blaster works well too. had to soak my force for several hours spraying about every 30 min or so.not the fastest way but better than destroying a good flywheel.

About 30 years ago , I bought a bolt on puller for my 55. Works like a champ. DON'T use a puller that goes on the flywheel teeth. You will be buying a new flywheel.

Definitely go with the pb blaster. I probably wouldn't use an impact wrench. If you break that bolt off, you'll really be hurting. Maybe consider using a bar instead of a socket wrench. And yes, you will need a puller.<br />Good luck!
