flywheel

Does anyone know were I can find a flywheel for a 1992 force 70hp. I need the flywheel, or if it is possible one magnet for the inside of the flywheel. Do they sell magnets that you could re apply to the flywheel, or do you need to buy a new flywheel? Whatever the case may be, does anyone know were I can purchase one? Thanks <br /><br />P.S. I don’t know if it is a mercury part or a force part. Those years with the motor, most things besides the power heads were made by merc, and the powerheads and the rest was by force. Would this be a merc or force part? thanks again

Looks like the flywheel is about 200 bucks. You might find one on ebay cheaper. Here is a link to the part. YOu should be able to get this part from any merc dealer around you so you wont have to pay shipping<br /> flywheel

thanks so much for the reply. does anyone think that i would need a new stator because the magnet cracked in the flyhweel. i took a look at the stator, and it doesnt seem very damaged at all. to me it looks as if its a little warn, because of its age. what do you all think? thanks again
