Don't know off the top, but since I need to jerk out the flywheel tomorrow morning early--I'll bring a dial caliper and tell you by lunchtime

Quick follow-up. The outer nut size: 36mm socket. AKA ~1.4'' is the big nut socket size.

I bought this thing at Sears. You will also need a "band wrench." This will counter the torque you apply to loosen that center-nut. Harbor Freight if you are doing this as a recreational fix-it guy. If you're professional, seek something of better quality.

is the nut put on reguler or reverse thread dont want to tear up any thing. I orderda service manual but have not got it yet sorry about all the questions.
