Foam and floor replacement

Working replacing the floor in my 15ft fiberglass trihull. My question is, do I need to let the foam dry before installing the floor? It's pretty wet from some recent rain. Everything looks good underneath , just not sure if the moisture will hurt the new install.

vaccume up the water and wipe it dry.....

just try and keep any moisture out of the area
