it is not recommended to put foam in the logs, because if your log leaks the foam will saturate with water and you'll never get it out then.. or maybe you could dig the foam out but i think it would be much more painless to just buy a new toon if that were to happen..:D

Welcome to iboats.

Been building toons for 23 years and none of them have foam, there is a reason for that.

As mrdude pointed out if you get, or are trying to stop, a leak the foam will saturate and your boat is done, you will never get it back out.

The only toons that have foam are U tubed boats as it is a coast gaurd requirement

If your boat leaks have it repaired, it will be cheaper and more permenant than foam.
