I just bought a 1985 boat, it has a 115 Mariner outboard on it. It has been sitting for 10 years and was fogged when it first got stored. Can anyone tell me if there is something I should do to the carbs to get it started. I am changing the plugs and it has new gas, but when we tried to start it today it turned over but wouldn't start. Thanks for any help.
