Re: For all you bachelors ... too good to be true?

Would be pretty useless to me as the home wouldn't fit my lifestyle. The kitchen would protest at my bringing in fish to clean and I suppose I could hang a deer or two from the trellis off the deck. The housekeeper/maid pics look a bit suspect. Either they are 20 year old pics or there was a run on paint for the airbrush. I suspect more in line that the maid would look like the gargantuan tooth gap wonder on trading spouses this week.

Hmmmmm, did anyone notice the double wide front door from the deck? That could be a clue.

Tub Toy - What do you mean he's not found at iboats???

The offer seems like a bargain to me. If I hadn't already been a married man, I almost would have considered emigrating....

Anyway, hers is an unusual move that probably generates a lot of publicity. Hope it works out for her.

Had to check to make sure it wasn't my SIL! On her last visit in she said she wanted to sell her house, and she is living in Denver.

It is interesting that she says she is a minister's daughter, and that spirituality is important to her. If she is putting herself as well as her house up for sale, doesn't that make the house a brothel and her a, well, you get the drift.....

She ought to offer it as a "Rent-To-Own-Piece" and not have some poor guy dive in head first. :D

I hope to find that special man, who wants to build a life with me and share this special home with me. Ideally that man is between 40 and 60 years old, is well educated and well spoken, and has a professional career. Since I am the daughter of a minister, spirituality is also important to me. Other important traits include love of travel and adventure, a good conversationalist, and a lover of animals. Although I don’t have children, I do love them, and am very open to the role of “step-mother”. It is important to me that a man be open and caring, kind in words and deeds, spontaneous to a certain extent, and takes pride in his appearance. It also goes without saying that I want to be with a man who is realistic about and committed to a relationship.

Hmm....let's read between the lines here...
I hope to find that special man, who wants to build a life with me and share this special home with me.
All the previous ones have run away when I gave them the plastic surgery bill....
Ideally that man is between 40 and 60 years old, is well educated and well spoken, and has a professional career...
I'm broke and looking for a cash cow....
Since I am the daughter of a minister, spirituality is also important to me....
People say 'Oh God it's her again' when I knock on their door...
Other important traits include love of travel and adventure
As long as you're paying,
a good conversationalist, and a lover of animals....
I talk so much I bore animals to death....
Although I don’t have children, I do love them, and am very open to the role of “step-mother”
My last boyfriend's kids had an aedopus complex
It is important to me that a man be open and caring, kind in words and deeds, spontaneous to a certain extent, and takes pride in his appearance. It also goes without saying that I want to be with a man who is realistic about and committed to a relationship.
I want to marry someone rich who'll pay the plastic surgery bill.

Yes, she is pretty, 48, blonde, fit, well off and childless. Why do you assume that she has either paintbrushed her pictures or had plastic surgery? With her 100% Norwegian genes she was almost bound to look gorgeous, right? :D

Re: For all you bachelors ... too good to be true?

Hay, ya think she's open to a time share deal??? Let's see $600k Divided by 52 weeks a year equals about $11,500 per week. Amortize that over the length of the contract, say 20 years, that’s around $600.00 a year, or $50.00 bucks a month, not bad. Of course there will be one off week a month so we'll discount those weeks. Then there's going to be those pesky maintenance fees, ya know for up keep and such.......... ;) :D :D
