Force 120 Engine mounted circuit breaker

I have a 1995 Bayliner 1800 with a Force 120 Outboard. My dash gauges are not operating. The Bayliner manual shows that there is an engine mounter circuit breaker which powers the fuse block on my boat. Where is this breaker located and is it something I can reset?

Guages not operating check the fuse block under the dash.
Look under the cowl by the starter for a reset button.J
