Does anyone have any experience with rebuilding the gearcase on a Force 120hp engine? The serial number is:0E041189. The model number is: H120412PX. I am having trouble retaining the shift yoke on to the shift arm. With the gearcase opening facing straight up, the yoke will engage the shift arm and the clutch dog moves properly as the shift rod is moved up and down. When the gearcase opening is brought back to its normal horizontal position the yoke seems to "fall off" of the shift pin and dis-engage from the shift arm. The shift yoke was installed with the open side facing down. Any tricks that I am missing? Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Service manual procedures have been followed.<br /><br />M13
