Force 120 Trim

I am a novice. My Force 120 (94) will not trim<br />up. It is in the water at marina. Trim motor<br />runs, suspect no fluid. Is there a way to get<br />motor up to take out of lake. Where do you put<br />the fluid. Any suggestions?

On right side of boat transom is a cylinder 7x4 inches. On right of cyl. is thumb screw with O ring in rubber. Remove and fill with NON detergent motor oil. Also called Mineral oil SAE 30. Not multigrade. Add more when foot up. Two or three rotations eliminates the air in system. Keep water out. Does this help?
