I am not to sure if my repair manual is correct about my float level for my 125 hp force. My book is for all hp engines. I set my float rise to .125" from bowl surface to top of float and my float drop is set at .312" from same points. I have not tried this yet, waiting for gaskets. Before I reset floats, the float rise was flush to bowl surface, and float drop was about as low as it could be without hitting the bottom of the bowl. I had some major flooding in both carbs. needle and seats are in good shape. Could these settings cause this much flooding? Thanks!
