Hello,
I have an '89 Force I/O in a Bayliner 19.5' Capri. Trying to winterize it and Im having issues with enough water flushing through the engine. I have heard that the L drive design is harder for water to push through with just the ears muffs on them. Ive replaced the impeler and know that is not the issue. When i start it with the ears on it everything runs fine but i see no water exiting through the exhaust. I also do not notice any change in the water flow at the flushing ears when its started and when i pull the hoses they are slighlty damp. My over heat alarm does not go off so im hoping no damage is done. Im affraid that i did not get a good flush and antifreeze into the block. Any help is much appreciated! Thank You!
