force 125 flywheel damage

While pulling the flywheel one inch of the lip broke off, while using clam shell fly wheel puller. My questions is do I need to re-balIance the flywheel or does it make any differance.

thanks 25yrs flywheel never been off lucky didnt break more.

ive run them with a damaged lip, no problems
