This is my first time rigging a out board. I need to know what exact steering components I need so I can connect the duel cable steering on the boat?
Also any reinforcement of the transome. I'e seen 1/8 plate also seen 4in×1/4 flat bar seeing if it's needed or common practice.

You only need 1 steering cable for a 125.
The steering tube is missing from the front of the transom clamps. The cable goes through the tube and then a steering arm is attached to the end. That arm's other end is attached through holes in the lower cowl.

The Forces never had a dual steering setup.

The thing you have attached to the front of the cowl is for a different type steering and not used.
There is a hole about 3" behind that point that the arm gets attached to.

Your best bet is find a parts diagram and look up the missing parts

It is called steering tube assembly. Dual cable setup won't work, why would you need it? Look on ebay for the steering tube. Jerry and others will know which different HP models would work. I'm not sure. Check your post in the morning as other will have replied.

Also is the transom sound? What is the max rated HP for the boat on the BIA plate?

Steering tube PN F511125-2. Motor leg steering link rod PN F5H094. Both are available on eBay. Do a search with the PN provided and they will come up.
