First time posting here, so here it goes. I started to rebuild my tilt cylinder and found that the piston check valves (spring, bb, and cap which has 4 sides) was at bottom of the cylinder in pieces. First question is, can this be repaired second question, if not where do I get one. I can't seem to find this part anywhere. Also should the tilt work while under load in the water? My system has the tilt&trim cylinders and the shock. Thanks in advance. Jason

Trim is for under load, tilt can't handle it and will go down to the trim piston. Broken tilt ram/parts is for another responder.

Some parts are still available.

RRitt works on these and maybe he can tell you where to buy???
Trim works first, then tilt which is what your working on.
Manual tells how to test and repair.J
