Without knowing the age it's a bit hard to suggest something other than a guess,

those numbers look like Chrysler numbers,
as early Force motors were basically Chryslers maybe those 15 hp parts are the same?

that's just a uneducated guess,
worth looking into all the same,

I found this old comment on a Gamefisher 15HP which was probably a Chrysler. It referenced Carb. Info TILLOTSON H01.B-844 682061 1. in about the 5th comment.

Mechanic got the kit off E-bay.

I also found several generic kits which included the 15HP under search argument "Chrysler 15HP outboard carburetor kit"

You can try resizing the pics before adding?
Or use a photo sharing site.
Shutterfly or Photo bucket?

You say you need parts? What ones?
Usually the carb just needs cleaning.
Don't use a carb soak or Seafoam.
I use a spray cleaner or Dawn detergent and rinse with cold water and blow dry.
Don't use any silicone sprays or WD-40. They tend to gum up the works.

Before I start throwing money at a outboard, I will do a compression test on it. Easy to do and there are a ton of videos on youtube showing how.

Already did a compression test befor don't remember the exact number now but both cyl. Were the same maybe one or two psi in difference the motor was running fine after cleaning the carb I gave it back to owner it sat for a few weeks and would start run till carb was out of gas then die. I thought a dirt-dobber nest was the problem when cleaning the carb again I noticed that the float was dropping but the needle was staying closed so no gas is getting in the carb that is why I would like to replace the needle and seat but have not had any luck finding the right one and I already plan to install a fuel filter couldn't talk her into paying for one before now that there is a problem she wants to buy one. As it is now I can put it back together squeeze the bulb till the carb fills up it starts on second or third pull runs till the bowl empties than dies and won't start again take the carb off and it'll have no gas in it and the needle will be stuck in the seat it takes a small pair of needle-nose pliers or the air compressor to get it unstuck. This is the float needle and seat that was in it when brought to me I think they are original

Does the ball get firm when pumped?
If you need pliers to remove the needle???? then that sounds like the wrong part.
Any additives in the fuel?

Pics of the parts? Including the float.

I have to ask:) is the float set right?
Is it in upside down?
Does the needle fit in the float slide area?
Pics, lots of them.
