force 150 misses (sluggish)

I have a force 150 90' model and it misses and has lost some power. I checked the fuel filters and replaced spark plugs and I did notice that 1 and 4 plugs were a little dirty and 5 plug was really dirty. What should I check?

Check for spark.
Check compression.
Decarb the motor.
Re-Check compression.
Have someone Clean/rebuild the carbs, and perform Linc 'n sync.
