Force 150 Timing

Im thinking I goofed and adjusted the timing tower on my 1992 Force 150. Then I happened to see that timing mark on it yikes, I havent started it to see how bad it is..

Can anyone tell me what the correct timing is for that motor..I will have to get a timing light im assuming that the plastic block is the timing adjustment.
