Force 15hp won't start

Hello, i have a 96' 14hp Force that ran like a top last year. I put her in storage and tried starting this year to no avail. Won't even try to turn over. I changed plugs and noticed when i pump the ball that i saw fuel coming out of the part where the fuel hose goes into. I don't have a manual so i don't what the part is or if this might be the reason it isn't even trying to turn over. I attached a pic and you can see the hairline crack in it. I need to replace part but don't know what it's called. Any other help is appreciated.

i would say its a fuel pump housing

Thanks for the reply. The red arrow is pointing to the hairline crack where the fule line connects and you can see the part it is attached to looks like it is held in place by just three screws. I ordered the manual for it, but thought if someone knew exactly what that part is i would just get it ordered. I'm assuming if that is causing fuel to squirt out and air in it wouldn't try to turn over? Any idea what would cause that part to crack? Seems kind of odd to me.
