Force 40hp carb repair kit. Should the Idle mix screw come with it??

Bought a Carb repair kit FK10325 for a 1994 Force4 40HP. There is no idle mix screw in the kit. I was expecting it to be there.

Should this part have been in the kit??? If so, I need to send it back, but I want to make sure.

I've never seen he idle mixture screw included with the rebuild kits that I've ordered ( and I've ordered many different kits through the years ). That's not to say that there may be some kits that include them, but in general I would say that you have to order them separately.
