Have you tried loosening the gas cap? It may be a plugged vent. Also, try pumping the primer when it does this. If it helps, you may need to rebuild the fuel pump (very easy to rebuild on this engine). If the plugs have more than 60hours on them, change them.

Thanks for the info 12footer, but I put in a new fuel pump, a new gas tank, and a new fuel line and primer bulb, new plugs, and it still runs bad after it warms up.

Does the performance pick up when you sqeeze the primer underway, or does it stay the same? How is the compression on a warm engine?
A small anount of water in the carb bowl will stay in the bowl, until you get up on plane, and rockin-n-rolling,at which time, it enters the engine in small spurts.

The CD packs and coils are pricey. We need to make sure it is ignition breaking-down,or fuel delivery.

It could be a coil opening, or the CDunit PC board opening. But you'll need to rule-out fuel as a probable cause first.
This is because the only way to determine it's the coil,is by replacing it,as the coil will check good. As the windings heat up, they expend and seperate at the broken point.
My father's OMC drove me nuts looking for a miss after warmed up. And I spent 400buks "parts-swapping" before I changed the coils that checked fine.
