Force 50 tattle tale

I just bought a 1996 Force 50 said it was a saltwater series. Motor does not have a tattle tale. Is this motor just like the older ones I have an 86 85h that has the plug by the thermostat housing that you can add a tattle tale. I see on this motor on top you have what looks like a brass plug. Just checking to see if I can add one to this motor also.

If you have the threaded hole on top, you can add one.
