Looking to replace my prop on a 1989 force engine just curious if anyone out there has any ideas as the Michigan match prop does not have a proper match as mine has more of a box cut and the "replacement" for this type year and date and model has more of a "v" cut.

I can't seem to locate the exact one anywhere. Any ideas of what's going on, or a possible place to look located in north america I am located in Toronto

Thank you

If your looking at the images here at boats those are just generic prop images and don't necessarily resemble your prop.
I wouldn't be surprised that todays design may look nothing like a prop from 1989.
Is you're prop aluminum (not magnetic) or stainless steel (magnetic)?
As suggested pictures would help.

Good luck. Just try and find what pitch prop that would work for your boat and go with an after market. I have 2 original Force props with no info stamped on them what so ever aside from the Michigan stamped rubber packed spline.

got your info. i have a 507y9b force 50 1989. what it on? size boat. mine is on a 17' fish and ski. a 13.5 pitch got me 23mph. a 11.5 pitch tonight got me 27. you need a 14 spline non exaust thru pin drive prop. michigan match numbers are as follows. 072133 13.5 pitch 072132 12.5 pitch
072131 11.5 pitch 072014 10 pitch these are 10 3/8" diam props cast alum with pressed rubber hubs. http://www.propline.com/Select-Boat.../Chrysler-Force-US-Marine-Outboards/20_60.htm
theres used one on ebay too. search for 10 3/8 propeller. then make sure to look if ya decide on one if it has 14 splines and or ask seller. got one there pretty cheap this spring.

As I understand it through hub props can be used on non through hub motors.
Frank has a number like that. Not sure if they use a pin drive.Don't know if normal through hub install procedure is required.
Perhaps a pm to Frank will help.
