Force 5HP

I have a Force 5HP outboard that starts up and races but when the choke button is pushed in the engine stalls. I just got it back from a water pump repair. It was then hard to restart. Also I've found fuel lying in the case. Where's that coming from?

BUCKEYE,<br /><br />I THINK THAT YOU HAVE SOMETHING LEFT OFF SOMEWHERE. PROBABLY A HOSE. SOUNDS LIKE A VACUUM LEAK.

Squeeze the primer bulb. If the fuel is leaking from the carb, it is a stuck float needle. If the gas in the tank is old, you should clean it out, and start with fresh fuel.
