Re: Force 70 hp 3 cyl

Im sure others can define 2 stroke in a simpler
terms but:: A 2 stroke fires every 2 strokes or
one revolution.A modern 2 stroke requires oil
to be mixed with the fuel for librication.
A 2 stroke has few moving parts Basically
the piston, connecting rod and crank.3 moving parts
per cylinder.A 4 stroke has many moving parts
piston,rod,crank,cam,2 lifters,2 valves and valve
springs,cam follower,oil pump.
2 stroke used too have efficientcy and polution
problems but modern 2 strokes do very well.
probably too much info.

It is a two stroke. Force did not make four stroke engines.
