Force 70 overheating

Force 70 overheats at idle and at full throttle. It does not when running somewhere between. Pulled thermostat off and checked to see if it opens and closes with heat to it and it does. Any suggestions?

Change out the water pump impeller.

Do what Roscoe says...

I changed the impeller and put in a new thermostat in my Force 40 and the overheating stopped.
