I have a 1987 Force 85 (US Marine) WE-18 Walbro Carburetors -1 top -2 mid & bottom. I need the float level dimension. The manual shows a Tilson carb and says Walbro carb is similar . The Tilson float level is 13/32" float dimension ,Carb upside down. I'm not sure if it's the same for the Walbro WE 18 Or not?? If anyone can give me the Walbro WE-18 Float level instructions, measurements I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

The carb upside down, the float needs to be level.
The carb right side up, the drop: the float almost touches the center post.

These are the easiest to set.

The 3 air screws: set at 1 turn out from lightly seated and leave them there.
That last was from the factory in 1989, they said the carbs would work best at that setting.
BUT!! some carbs won't work at that setting :(
If yours doesn't idle then set them the old way.
ANY missing, stutter, backfire shows the carbs might be sucking air?

Yep..all 3 carb float levels are way off. I'll adjust them tomorrow and then to play it safe I'll check out the reeds if reeds are in good shape but gave an excessive Gap I'm thinking I can flip them over to eliminate the Gap..so long as there's no cracks...chips or deformed..thanks again Jerryjerry
