force 85 horse

is it possable to wind a pull cord around fly wheel 2 start if your batt. r dead in the water just wondering

simply put...yes.as far as i know all "outboard"motors can be started this way.the batt is there mainly to run the starter motor and boat accesories.motor can and will run without it.be aware though that the larger the motor the harder it is to do a pull start.i also have an 85hp force and its a bit difficult for me to do a pull start.but im not a very big guy either.
