Force 90 HP head gasket

So I've been having plane problems w my 1995 force, I changed all fuel lines, rebuild fuel pump, replace primer bulbe, new spark plugs I mean a lot stuff replace, clean carbs like 3 times, so I took my boat to the lake yesterday and for like 2 minutes run awesome is fast so after this time it did it again no power at WOT I took the cover off and saw water leaking through the head gasket, took the head of motor off this morning and booom water in side cylinders on all three any suggestions changing the head gasket thanks!!!!!

What side?
​The exhaust side? You need to change the exhaust plate gaskets.
Should be no water on the intake side unless the block is cracked??

Exhaust plate: be VERY careful removing the screws.
They are very weak and after a bunch of years they could be seized and twist the heads off .
This site might sell the gaskets you need?
