My 87 Force is eating batteries. I just put a new one in and it lasted for less than 1/2 hour. The engine dies after running at 4500 rpm for a minute or so. If I run it at 3500 rpm it'll go for a long time.<br /><br />Any ideas? Might it be a bad stator or rectifier?<br /><br />HELP!!!!
