I just got a Sears GameFisher 5HP outboard to push my inflatable. It has a part number of 225.587504. It did not seam to run right so I removed the carb I noticed it was jetted for 7500 to 10000 feet (.035) I'm at sea level. I have a new jet ordered (.041). My question is that I noticed the Nozzle was not screwed all the way up into the carb body. I noticed if I screw it all the way up there is a few MM of thread between the top of the jet and the bottom of the nozzle. Should I back the nozzle down a bit to it meets the jet (this will lover the nozzle in the venturi) or does it need to be screwed all the way up? <br /><br />Thanks
