recently purchased 90' bayliner capri with 120hp force L-drive. rebuilt powerhead and just finished breaking in, everthing running great except water leak in transom coming off plane. I had a missing transom clamp that I just replaced, but it did not fix leak. I've heard L-drives are prone to water leaks in this area, any ideas on best method to fix?

I have never had to fix one (thank god) but if it is leaking between the hull and the drive I can't see any way to seal it up other than the take the drive out. If the leak is in this area it would let water in all the time since it is below the water line.

yes the leak is below the water line but it seems to take some pressure to push water though, going on or off plane. Then it only bubbles up, not much but enough to allow engine vibrations to spritz water all over the engine...which can't be too good, especially if I take it in salt water.
